Join free Tai Chi sessions on Wednesdays, Dec 3, 17, 31, from 9-9:45 AM at CHCPL. No registration needed!

Tai Chi improves balance, lessens stress and tones the body. You can stand or sit. Joedie Thayer is a certified Tai Chi instructor and will be leading these sessions. Registration is required to attend this FREE ADULT program. Call 859-234-4881 or visit the library to register.
