Tai Chi sessions led by Joedie Thayer on Wednesdays in October at 9am at CHCPL. Free adult program. Registration required.

Tai Chi improves balance, lessens stress and tones the body. You can stand or sit. Joedie Thayer is a certified Tai Chi instructor and will be leading these sessions. Registration is required to attend this FREE ADULT program. Call 859-234-4881 or visit the library to register.
